Welcome to The Kneady Weirdough Bakery, where we specialize in homemade bread and pasta. Homemade Pasta

Once you start eating homemade pasta, it is hard to go back. My pasta is made with eggs instead of just water, then frozen for an easy meal later. Simply boil a pot of water, then throw the pasta in until desired doneness. No need to defrost! Currently  I am only offering fettuccine cut.

Custom Services and Special Orders

I can also make things like burger buns, rolls, pita bread and more. Please feel free to ask if you have an upcoming event you need something for!

Our Story

Over the past several years I have made my kitchen a happy place to be. Because of that I have enjoyed experimenting with making new foods and eventually making bread. It became an enjoyable extra task because there are so many different ways to make and alter bread for your many kneads and I am still always looking for something new.
